How to Buy A Firearm Online From C&G Arms:
Basic Info
- We must ship firearms to your local dealer with valid FFL.
- We only ship the firearm after we have recieved their license copy that is signed in ink - (faxes are accepted).
- We ship the firearm with a copy of our license to your dealer by US postal, priority mail, Insured and return receipt.
- We do not ship out of the United States of America.
- Long guns may be shipped by ground UPS rather than next day air.
- You must be of legal age. All state (yours) and federal laws apply.
- Guns shipped to and from us are not to have ammunition.
How to Own an NFA Weapon (Machine Guns, Suppressors, Short Barreled Rifles, etc.)?
You can be the first on your block to legally own a machine gun, or other NFA weapon, if you meet these federal requirements:
- You must be a U.S. citizen over 21 years of age.
- You must live in a state that allows Class 3 weapons (find out here).
- You must be clear of any felonies as verified by an F.B.I. background check.
- You must submit a fingerprint card and two passport photos, which are kept on file by the BATF.
- You must obtain a signature from your local Chief Law Enforcement Officer verifying that you have no felony indictments pending against you, and are mentally stable.
- You must pay a one-time federal tax for each NFA weapon or suppressor purchased. Full auto $200.00. Short Barreled Rife (SBR) $200.00. Suppressor $200.00. Any Other Weapon (AOW) $5.00.
How to obtain a Class 3 Weapon from C&G Arms:
- Locate a nearby Class 3 dealer in your state of residence, to whom your weapon must be transferred, and from whom you must take possession in person (BATF requirements). Arrange for the dealer to send us his FFL (Federal Firearms License) and SOT (Class 3 permit). Class 3 dealers will typically charge a $50-$150 fee for assisting you through this process.
- Send us the full payment and we will set aside your weapon with its registered serial number. We will then complete and submit a BATF Form 3 to transfer the weapon to your local Class 3 dealer. The Form 3 takes 2-3 weeks to process.
- Download and print out a BATF Form 4 from www.titleII.com or obtain one from your Class 3 dealer and fill it out.
- Obtain two passport photos.
- Visit your local police or sheriff’s headquarters to obtain a fingerprint card and be fingerprinted (this is free—your Class 3 dealer may also have these cards.) While you are there, leave the Form 4 with the CLEO (Chief Law Enforcement Officer) for him to sign as verification that you have no local crime record or mental instability.
- When we receive the approved Form 3 from the BATF, we will forward the firearm to your Class 3 dealer.
What is a Federal Firearms License?
A FFL is a license that enables an individual or a company to engage in a business pertaining to the manufacture of firearms and ammunition or the interstate and intrastate sale of firearms. Holding an FFL to engage in certain such activities has been a legal requirement within the United States of America since the enactment of the Gun Control Act in 1968 to find our more details about this then please click here
How do I submit an FFL for a transfer?
Submitting Your FFL When you are purchasing a lower receiver or a firearm from us you we require you to submit a signed copy of A Federal Firearms License. Please Note we can only ship to the address shown on the FFL!
Please fax your FFL within 24 hours of placing your order, or email it to Info@candarms.com. You MUST indicate your order number on the fax or email so we can match it to your order.
How do I know if my dealer FFL is still current?
Go to the FFL EZ Check on the BATF’s website.

What is required of me before I purchase a firearm?
It is required for you to have a copy of your signed Federal Firearms License,
Or Collector of Curio & Relics License on file with us BEFORE ordering Firearms from this Website.
(You can also check on the website for FFL’s already on file.)
It is also required to have a copy of any local or state licenses required for a firearm purchase to be on file. All orders placed without, or prior to, a signed copy of the Federal Firearms License (or other necessary licensing) on file will be deleted without notice. Please call or email us referencing your Zip code and Name as it appears on your FFL, Also to verify a current copy is on file Please submit the above information to:

- Please note also blurry illegible fax copies will not be accepted and will be rejected.

Yes we comply with ALL Local, State, and Federal laws. You must also be aware of any Federal laws
affecting your purchase. The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of
the 50 states numerous firearms and magazine laws. Please know your Local and State Laws BEFORE purchasing.
High Capacity Magazines and Firearms: Individual Local & State laws are too numerous to list on our website however, the following sales restrictions will apply and be enforced due to our local laws.
CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: No sales at this time ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: No Firearms sales to Chicago, or all of Cooke County. C&R 03 Licensees may purchase C&R Eligible firearms, however Illinois FOID card must be on file. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: 01 FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list, rifles without high capacity magazines. No C&R firearms sales. What is the Charge when it comes to Receiving my Goods?
NO EXTRA CHARGE! We do not charge for any item until it is shipped. If you are making a payment with a debit card, please understand C&G Arms will take no responsibility for any and all overdraft charges associated with this purchase. If the error has come from our end then all refunds will be dealt with accordingly.
How will you Deliver my Order/s?
- Shipping and Handling All Rifle Orders will be shipped UPS Ground.
- Rifle Orders are required to be shipped “Adult Signature required”.
(Delivery Schedule Orders typically ship the day after they are ordered.)
Please be patient during high volume periods. When ordering from www.candgarms.com, allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order ships, with the UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date. If your order arrival time is extremely important please call 724-858-2856, and place your order over the phone. Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Will I be charged Tax on my Items?
Orders will only be charged tax if the order is being shipped to Pennsylvania destinations.We guarantee your satisfaction so If you are unhappy with our products or services or relating to C&G Arms, please

Prices are subject to change without notice so if you see something you would like to purchase then please

What is your Privacy Policy?
C&G Arms will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option.
What is your Returns Policy?
Returns are very costly to our company. We make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising.
If a Return must be made, please note the following policy:
- No Returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice Date.
- Return Shipping Charges are the customers Responsibility.

What is your Exchanges and Refunds Policy?
Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made.
(I.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account.)
Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% Return Fee.
NOTE: If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, where in our judgment the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fees charged by a dealer who is transferring a firearm to the end consumer will not be refunded for any reason.
EXCHANGES: When returning merchandise to be exchanged, please include estimated shipping charges to ship your replacement order.

Which shopping cart does this site use? Can I have the source code?
Our website uses Ubercart, a free open-source shopping cart module powered by Drupal.
Is your shopping cart protected against fraud?
We do take security very serious when it comes to our customers details We have tried to make your shopping experience as safe and easy as possible but Please be aware nothing on the internet is 100% safe after all its only an application. The only way for someone to gain access to your account is via login passwords please make sure to use a login password that contains letters and numbers if you can. We will not be held responsible if someone steals your account due to your own lack of security measures taken.
Am I liable for fraudulent charges to my card through your website?
You are covered by our insurance for people making fraudulent claims ONLY if it has been accepted by our investigators that the problem accrued on our systems (Someone has penetrated our security from the inside) you wont be covered by any insurance if someone has stolen your username / password or credit card details due to very weak security measures taken on your part.
Due to the FFL requirement makes it pointless for someone to try and purchase any items from our store if it requires a FFL then no item will be shipped to any other address than the one on file so since the FFL is an inconvenience at times at least it protects you from fraudulent claims.
Can I have more than one account?
1 Account per household, due to the nature of the business.
Do you keep a copy of my credit card on file?
No. After your card is processed the data is discarded from our database. However, your account will store your name and billing address.
Is there any Age Restrictions on purchases?
You Ammunition you have to be 21. To purchase ammo we will need a copy of your state ID card. Rifles you have to be 18 and handguns you have to be 21.
Can you ship to an Alternative address than my home?
for anything that does not require a FFL, yes.
Can I pay in other currencies or does it have to be US Dollars?
The Almighty dollar is the one and only way to go here.
Can I use a free email account to Register with?
Yes you can use GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo or any other email provider.
I’ve registered an account but not yet received the details why?
Please check your SPAM folders or Junk mail folders 99.9% of time you’ll find it there.
Why can’t we use PayPal? Everyone else accepts it.
PayPal has a Zero Policy of trading when it is related to Firearms or Accessories.
Will you be adding more payment methods in the future?
We are currently testing out another service similar to pay pal for purchasing items electronically.
When I select an item it doesn’t add it to the basket - why?
You do not have cookies enabled in your Web Browser- please re-enable them. Or you are using a very old version of internet explorer if this is the case then please switch to Mozilla Fire Fox it’s one of the best FREE Web Browsers in the world.
I’ve added the wrong item(
to my basket how do I remove them all and start again?
Make sure you are logged in go to view basket on the left hand side of the page you will see the option to Empty Basket, Just click this it will inform you that you are removing all items do you wish to continue? Select yes and you will have an empty basket. Please do not try to delete your own cookies it won’t work that way you will just end up locked out of your account. If this happens you will need to re-log in.
How do I check out my items now that I have finished?
First make sure you have logged into your account, View your basket make sure all the items you want are listed then under the main shop logo on the right you will see “Checkout” click this link to checkout all your items you have in your basket. Please remember to remove all items from your basket once you have checked out.
I clicked checkout but your shopping cart timed out have I been charged?
There is no clear answer to this but if the order as gone though we would have received it along with its order ID and user ID so if this is the case then we will process your order, If we have not received the order then it cannot be processed. If this does happen to you then by all means contact us on the phone and explain the issue we can instantly check on our system if the order as been received.
I clicked checkout but your shopping cart said page cannot be found?
Again the same applies as the above; if the order has gone though it will be processed we will have the order ID and user ID. If you are unsure and don’t want to keep trying that is understandable then please contact us over the phone and we will deal with the issue accordingly.
I made my purchase but I’ve still not received the confirmation email?
If your using free email accounts hotmail, yahoo, Gmail etc… Then sometimes you will find the confirmation email in the junk folder or spam folder, also if our web server has timed out while updating the database the odd time it might halt on sending the email. If this happens we will forward you a carbon copy of the order we have received. Again if you’re unsure then by all means contact us via the phone.
I see items listed but when I try to add them to the basket it won’t let me?
Either your session has timed out or your cookies have been removed, Please click log out, then Log back in if your items are still in the basket then try to checkout again if you find this still is not working correctly then contact us by phone and we’ll take the order accordingly

Please make sure you have Activated your account by clicking the link in the email that was sent to you. Also make sure you have cookies enabled in your web browser.
I have forgotten my password how do I login to my account?
you will find the following underneath the login box “Have You Forgot Your Password” click that link enter the email address you registered with, The system will then send details to the email address you registered with to you explaining how to reset your current password.
I have found a dead link - can I report it?
From time to time we update the shopping cart with new items so it is quite possible a link that was working will now be an item cannot be found page if this happens then by all means contact us and let us know which link which item and we can get it fixed ASAP.
Can I order a product that you currently do not have on your Shopping Cart?
Yes. If you do not see something that you want call or email us. If it is out there we can get it and get it for a good price.
If the item is out of stock will I be notified and will I still be charged?
If you can add it in the shopping cart then it is in stock. If there is a delay on our side we will let you know.
What does Subscribing to the mailing list do for me?
We like to keep in touch with all our customers so from time to time we will send out a mail shot of any new items we have in stock or any new deals we feel our customers would not want to miss out on, if you don’t want to be in the mailing list then simply don’t register for it.

How does your website store my recently viewed items? Is this dangerous?
The Store uses cookies they are harmless but they allow us to track your movement. This is for your benefit not ours, for instance without cookies you wouldn’t be-able to add multiple
Items to the shopping Cart, you would have to purchase each item separately you couldn’t jump to another page in our store as it would have erased all previous store activity.
Without Cookies you couldn’t close the website and come back to it later on the same day and still have all the items listed in your basket ready to checking out so cookies are essential.
I added items to my basket ready to check out but now they have all disappeared why?
This can happen often if your using come kind of spy ware/anti virus programs as they regular delete cookies when found, while your checking out please disable the anti-virus/spy ware remover program if your running one then re-enable after you’ve checked out. If you do not have any Anti-Virus or spy ware removers on your computer then windows has cleaned up your temp/cache/cookies folder. We are very sorry about this you need to log out the store log back in and try again. If it keeps happening then try changing your internet Browser.
